Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all serviceable locations across India.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines are:

Metro cities: 2–5 business days

Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days

Remote locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹999.

A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and courier details. You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with reliable courier partners, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If your shipment appears delayed or lost, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:

Cash on Delivery (Optional)
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected PIN codes.
We reserve the right to refuse COD service for certain locations or order values.
